These terms apply when you use Closaria. By using it, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

Closaria is a free, AI-powered shopping assistant that finds clothes for you and your family in online stores. It is in beta, so features may change or stop working.

Closaria doesn't sell anything. When you open a product, you go to the store's website, and anything you buy there is between you and the store, on its terms. Product information comes from the stores and can be out of date, and our AI can misread a search or suggest the wrong size. Check the details on the store's website before you buy.

How we rank results

We show products that are in stock and fit your search and the sizes of the person you're shopping for. By default, the products that match your search most closely and those from brands that person likes come first. You can sort by price instead.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Closaria.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You let us use it to run and improve Closaria, as our Privacy Policy describes. Only add information and photos you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, scrape or overload Closaria, don't impersonate anyone, and don't use it for anything illegal.

Liability

We provide Closaria as it is, and we're not responsible for the stores' products, prices or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or affects your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change Closaria and these terms. We'll tell you before a significant change to the terms takes effect. If you keep using Closaria after that, the new terms apply.

Law and disputes

Estonian law applies, but you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first. You can also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee). Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, unless the law lets you go to court where you live.
