Closaria OÜ (registry code 17391814), A. Lauteri tn 3, 10114 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@closaria.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and profile photo from the account you sign in with, and your settings, such as language.
- Family: what you tell us about yourself and the family members you shop for, including children, such as names, birthdays, sizes, favourite brands and photos.
- Activity: your searches, saved searches and pinned products, the problems you report, and the products you open in stores.
- Technical: your IP address, device and browser details, how you use Closaria (including session recordings), and error reports.
We need your email address to create your account. Everything else is optional, but without it your results are less tailored. If you search without an account, we keep your searches under a random identifier.

Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. Service providers process it on our behalf for hosting, sign-in, AI, analytics, error monitoring and email. We also disclose data when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU, including in the USA. We protect those transfers with a European Commission adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or with the Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
Most product images load directly from the stores' websites, so those stores receive your IP address and may set their own cookies.

Deleted data can remain in backups for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to your personal data, and its correction, deletion, restriction or transfer to another service.
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including news about Closaria.
To make a request, email hello@closaria.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
Cookies
We store on your device only what Closaria needs to work, such as keeping you signed in, remembering your language and display settings, and letting you search without an account. We use no advertising cookies, and our analytics stores nothing on your device, so we don't ask for consent. Clearing this data in your browser signs you out and resets your settings.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. We'll tell you before important changes take effect.
